MELT, SOFTEN and WARM automatically compute the correct heating time and microwave power level for melting, softening and warming foods shown in the chart below.

Use a Pyrex® measuring cup. Cover with plastic wrap.
After touching MELT, touch 1two times for 2 tbsp. “1” will appear in the display. After touching MELT, touch 1three times for 1/2 cup. “2” will appear in the display.
After touching MELT, touch 2two times for 1 cup chips. “1” will appear in the display. After touching MELT, touch 2three times for 1 square. “2” will appear in the display.
