3. Copy or transfer the music files to the
Music
directory on

” drive and/or to the
Media/Music
subdirectory on the “
Removable Disk
”.
4. Press the
Done
soft key on the phone. You are prompted to
confirm that you want to “
Exit Mass Storage Mode?
”
5. Press the
Yes
soft key. The phone returns to Standby
mode.
6. Disconnect the Data Cable.
Playlists
Playing a Playlist
1. Launch the Music Player. (For
more information, refer to
“Launching the Music Player”
on page67.)
2. Press the
Library
soft key, then
select
Playlists
.
3. Highlight the desired playlist
and press the
Play
soft key. The Music Player screen
appears in the display and a music file begins playing.
Adding a Playlist
To create a new playlist, do the
following:
1. Launch the Music Player. (For
more information, refer to
“Launching the Music Player”
on page67.)
2. Press the
Library
soft key, then
select
Playlists
. The
Playlists
screen appears in the display.
3. If there are no playlists, press
the
Add
soft key. Otherwise,
press the
Options
soft key and
select
Add New Playlist
. The
Enter new name
field appears.
4. Enter a name for the new
playlist. (For more information,
refer to “Entering Text” on
page35.) A list of music files
appears in the display.
