REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION RANGE
• Use the remote control within a range of about 5 meters (16 feet) and angles of up to 30 degrees aiming at the remote sensor.

| • If the iPod Dock is placed on top of another component, |
| the signal of remote control may be obstructed and the |
| remote control may not work reliably. |
| • If another remote control of the same type is used in the |
| same room or the iPod Dock is installed close to compo- |

| • When the remote control is not used, don't place anything |

| • If there's an obstacle between the iPod Dock's remote |
| sensor and the remote control, the remote control may not |
| work. |
| • The remote control may not work reliably if the iPod Dock |
| is subjected to bright light, such as direct sunlight or invert |
| type fluorescent lights. |
LOADING BATTERY
•When the remote control does not operate, the old battery should be replaced.
