Activating/deactivating the warning tone

When you activate the warning tone, all other tones are deactivated.

An incoming call is signalled by this brief tone.

If the mobile telephone is in a call pickup group, a pickup call is also

signalled by the warning tone.

Activating

BHold down the key for a few seconds.

Press the display key within three seconds.

The warning tone is activated.

Deactivating

BHold down the key for a few seconds. A confirmation tone is sounded.

Setting the auto answer function

This function allows you to accept calls by removing the mobile tele-

phone from the charging shell.

Please proceed as shown in the overview on page 26 to activate and

deactivate the auto answer function.

The activated function is ticked. It can be deactivated by selecting the

option once more.

Resetting the defaults

This function allows you to restore the default settings at your mobile

telephone, e.g. when lending your mobile telephone to a third party.

Please proceed as shown in the overview on page 26 to restore the

default settings.

Note:

The warning tone cannot be activated if the ringer was deacti-

vated.
