Ring tones

You can set the tones that sound in specific situations to suit your particular tastes.

Ringer setting

On/Off Activate/deactivate all ringtones.Beep Reduce ringer to a short beep.

Note

kDisplay: Beep. j Display: Ringer off.

Silent alert

To avoid being disturbed by the ring- er, you can activate the silent alert instead. The silent alert can also be activated in addition to the ringer (e.g. in a noisy environment). This function is deactivated when the battery is being charged.

Volume

You can set the volume for all tones.GSet volume.Display for rising volume.§§OK§§ Confirm.

Note

Please make sure you have accepted the call before holding the phone to your ear. This will avoid your hearing possibly being damaged by a loud ringtone.

If two independent phone numbers are registered for your phone, you can set different volumes for them (p. 62).
