The number of photos that can still be taken in the selected resolution is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the preview image. This number varies considerably from image to image depending on how much storage space is required. The selected resolution is indicated beneath the preview image or, if video mode has been selected, there is an indication as to how much recording time has already been used and how much time is still available.

Photo mode

C Take a photo.

The photo is saved with a name. To enter the name, see Setup in the options menu (p. 28).
