qMake use of the residual heat. For longer cooking times, it is possible to switch off the hotplate 5 to 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
qEven though the hotplate has been switched off, you can use it for as long as the residual heat indicator is illuminated to warm dishes or melt ingredients.
