6.Place filter cartridge in cup. The end with the small o-ring should be up, out of the cup.

7.Screw cup, with filter, back into housing. Filter cartridge will self-align as cup is tightened. Ensure that cup is completely tightened, with the words “Twist To Remove” facing outward. DO NOT TIGHTEN PAST STOP.

8.Set ice maker lever to the ON (down) position.

9.Check for leaks. Open refrigerator door. Wipe any water drops from filter cup. Run a glass of water. If there is a leak, unscrew filter cup, and reinsert filter cartridge. Check placement of large O- ring (see directions following). Reinstall filter cup.

10.To condition filter system and purge air from water line, run several glasses of water through water dispenser. This will also assure that the purest water pos- sible is stored in water tank.

Resetting The Filter Indicator (some models) After replacing the filter carttridge, it will be necessary to press the Filter Reset touchpad located on the ice and water dispenser. This will reset the Change Filter Indicator. Push the reset button until the green light flashes (3-15 seconds).

10.Para acondicionar el sistema de filtro y purgar el aire de la tubería de agua, llene varios vasos de agua en el surtidor. Esto asegurará también que el agua almacenada en el tanque de agua sea lo más pura posible.

Restablecimiento del indicador de filtro (algunos modelos). Después de haber cambiado el cartucho del filtro, erá necesario pulsar la tecla Filter Reset que se encuentra en el teclado del dispensador de agua y hielo. De esta forma se restablecerá el indicador de cambio de filtro. Pulse el botón de restablecimiento hasta que parpadee la luz verde (3 a 15 segundos).

6.Introduisez la cartouche dans le porte- filtre. L’extrémité équipée d’une petite bague d’étanchéité doit être orientée vers le haut et dépasser du porte-filtre.

7.Vissez le porte-filtre en place sur le logement du filtre. La cartouche s’aligne automatiquement lors du serrage du porte-filtre. Vérifiez que le porte-filtre est bien serré et que les mots « Tournez pour enlever » sont dirigés vers l’exté- rieur. NE LE SERREZ PAS AU DELÀ DU STOP.

8.Mettez le levier du distributeur à glaçons en position ON (basse).

9.Assurez-vous qu’il n’y a pas de fuites. Ouvrez la porte du réfrigérateur. Essuyez l’eau qui peut se trouver sur le porte- filtre. Faites couler un verre d’eau. En cas de fuite, desserrez le porte-filtre et repositionnez la cartouche. Vérifiez la bonne assise de la grande bague d’étanchéité selon les instructions suivantes. Réinstallez le porte-filtre.

10.Faites couler plusieurs verres d’eau par le distributeur afin de conditionner le systéme de filtrage et purger l’air de l’arrivée d’eau. Cela permettra égale- ment d’assurer que le réservoir d’eau ne contient que de l’eau pure.

Réarmement d'indicateur de filtre (certains modèles)

Après le remplacement de la cartouche, il sera nécessaire d'appuyer sut la touche de réactivation d'indication de filtre "Filter light Reset" située sur le dispensateur d'eau et de glaçons. Ceci réamorcera l'indicateur de changement de filtre. Appuyez sur la touche de réarmement jusqu'à ce que le témoin vert clignote (3 - 15 secondes).
