Settings via Web Browser

It is usually more convenient to use a web browser to configure the settings. The snom 220 has an integrated web server for this purpose. If the phone is connected to a network that provides DHCP, it can be immediately accessed via the browser after boot-up. If you do not want to use DHCP, you must specify the IP address, netmask, gateway, DNS domain, and DNS server statically to ensure correct operation.

Start your web browser.

Enter the IP address of the phone as the URL (e.g. 192.168.0.100). (If you do not know the IP address, you can look it up on the phone’s display by pressing the menu key, scrolling to the “About” submenu,

and pressing ENTER .)

On the left side of the web page there is a selection menu.
