After connecting the USB cable, the “Add New Hardware Wizard” appears.
•The device driver is not installed.
tClick [Cancel] of the [Add New Hardware Wizard], and then remove the USB cable from the USB connector. Then install the driver by following the procedure described in “Installing the Drivers, “SONY USB CAMERA Still Capture” and “SONY USB CAMERA Video Recorder”” (see page 6).
The computer does not enter the power saving mode, but returns immediately, or the operation of Windows becomes unstable.
Close all software in use, and then restart the computer. If restart fails, refer to the instruction manual for the computer and turn off the power.
