Playing a part of a chapter/track repeatedly

(A-B Repeat Playback)

On DVDs, you can assign point A and point B on the different chapters.

1During playback, press A-B on the remote where you want to start the repeat playback (point A).

A is displayed.

2Press A-B where you want to stop the repeat playback (point B).

A-B is displayed.

The player returns to point A and starts to play.

To return to normal playback

Press A-B to turn off the A-B indication.

Note

You cannot assign point A and point B on the different chapters during program playback

(page 33).

Playing in random order

(Shuffle Playback)

You can play all the tracks in a disc or all the files in a folder in random order.

1Select the folder (for MP3, JPEG, and DivX only).2Press P MODE on the remote repeatedly until [SHUFFLE] appears.

To return to normal playback

Press P MODE repeatedly until the playback mode indication disappears.

For MP3, JPEG and DivX files, press P MODE repeatedly until appears.

Tip

You can repeat shuffle playback when playing an audio CD. Press P MODE on the remote repeatedly until [SHUFFLE] appears.
