Playing Discs
Depending on the DVD or VIDEO CD, some operations may be different or restricted.
Refer to the operation details supplied with your disc.

The system starts playback (continuous play).
Adjust the volume on the system.
After following Step 5Depending on the disc, a menu may appear on the TV screen. You can play the disc interactively by following the instructions on the menu. (DVD: page 23), (VIDEO CD: page 23).
To remove the discPress A on the system. “OPEN” appears in the front panel display. Remove the disc after the disc tray slides out from the system.
To turn on the systemPress "/1 on the remote or press "/1 on the system. The system turns on.
To turn off the systemPress "/1 on the remote or press "/1 on the system. The system enters standby mode and the STANDBY indicator lights up in red.
In standby mode, you can reduce the power consumption to minimum (Power Saving mode) and save energy in standby mode.
