Scene Recognition
The camera automatically detects shooting conditions, and then takes the shot.
When a face is detected, the ISO sensitivity is increased according to the face movement to reduce subject blur (Face Motion Detection).
Scene Recognition icon
The camera recognizes the following types of scenes. When the camera determines the optimal scene, it displays the corresponding icon.
(Twilight), 
(Twilight Portrait), 
(Twilight using a tripod), 
(Backlight), 
(Backlight Portrait), 
(Landscape), 
(Macro), 
(Portrait)

•When you shoot two images consecutively, the + mark on the
icon will turn green.
•After two images are shot consecutively, you can use the Auto Review function to display these images side by side on the screen.
•When the subject blinks while the camera recognizes 
(Portrait), the camera automatically takes one more shot. If eyes are open in the second image, only the second image is recorded. For details on the Anti Blink function, see “What is the Anti Blink function?”.
