Editing Messages

Erasing All Messages in a Folder

PNote

If the selected folder contains a protected

message, you cannot erase the message.

1Press FOLDER/MENU to select the

folder containing the messages you want

to erase when the IC recorder is in the

stop mode ( , , , , or ).

2Press and hold FOLDER/MENU to enter

the menu mode.

The menu mode window will be

displayed.

3Press –. or >+ to select “ALL

ERASE,” and then press NPLAY/

STOP•ENTER.

4Press NPLAY/STOP•ENTER while

“ALL ERASE” is flashing.

“ACCESS” flashes in the display

window and all messages in the selected

folder will be erased.

5Press x(stop) to exit the menu mode.

To cancel erasing

Press x(stop) before step 3.
