Troubleshooting

Self-diagnosis function

This TV is equipped with a self-diagnosis function. If there is a problem with your TV, the (Power/Standby) indicator will flash in red repeatedly. Writing down the duration of flashes and interval between flashes helps you inform your dealer or Sony service centre of the TV’s condition.
