3. Connecting the TV
Connecting the speakers
Dolby* Pro Logic Surround normally requires 5 speakers.
Centre speaker (incorporated in the TV set) to anchor the stable sound image such as dialogues to the TV screen. Left and right front speakers (incorporated in the TV set) for the normal two channels or stereo broadcasts. Surround speakers (supplied) for the special effects created by the surround channel.

(Make sure the speakers have at least 8 ohms impedance and are magnetically shielded. Otherwise you may get picture distortions).
