1ACCESS CARD slot

Do not remove the Access Card unless instructed to do so by your service provider.

2SATELLITE IN jack

Inputs satellite signals from your Satellite Dish Antenna using RG-6 coaxial cable.

3CH3/CH4 switch

When you use an RF connection (VHF(SAT)/ UHF OUT jack), this setting determines the TV channel on which programs from the Digital Satellite Receiver can be viewed.

4VHF/UHF IN jack

Inputs off-air signals from your local TV off-air antenna using coaxial cable. Some antennas require an adapter (not supplied).

5AC IN jack

Inputs AC power from a power outlet using the AC Power Cord.

6TEL LINE jack

Connects the Digital Satellite Receiver to a telephone outlet using a telephone line cable.

7VHF(SAT)/UHF OUT jack

Outputs audio and video signals to the VHF/ UHF input on your TV or VCR using coaxial cable.

8A/V OUTPUT jacks

Output audio and video signals to your TV and other audio/video equipment using A/V cables.

9LOW SPEED DATA

For future application.

q; VCR CONTROL jack

Allows the VCR Controller to control a VCR and/ or cable box. Also allows connection of a monaural cable for use with Sony SmartFile VCRs.
