You want to turn off the tap sound (operation sound).
Tap [ Apps & Widgets] - [ Settings] - [Sound] - [Touch sounds] to remove the check mark
and disable the tap sound.
Press and hold the VOL – (Volume) button of your tablet device until the volume indicator
displayed on the screen minimizes and the icon reverses.
