Why did my screen go blank?
❑Your computer screen may go blank if the computer enters Sleep mode. If the computer is in Sleep mode, press any key to bring the computer back into Normal mode. See Using the Power Saving Mode (page 116) for more information.
❑Make sure your computer is securely plugged into a power source and turned on. Make sure the power indicator shows the power is on.
❑The LCD backlight of your computer may have been turned off. Press the DISPLAY OFF button.
What should I do if my screen is dark?
Press the Fn+F6 keys to brighten your computer screen.
How do I run Windows Aero?

To run Windows Aero, follow these steps:
1Click Start and Control Panel.
2Click Customize colors under Appearance and Personalization.
3Click Open classic appearance properties for more color options.
4Select Windows Aero from the Color scheme options on the Appearance tab.
5Click OK.
