What should I do if my microphone does not work?

If you are using an external microphone, make sure the microphone is turned on and is properly plugged into the microphone jack on your computer.

❑If you are using an external microphone, make sure the microphone is turned on and is properly plugged into the microphone jack on your computer.

❑The muting button on the keyboard may have been pressed. Press the button once again.

❑The volume may have been turned off with the volume control on the keyboard. Turn the control clockwise to turn up the volume loud enough to hear sound.
