Using Your VAIO Computer

Using the Global Positioning System (GPS) Function

You can view location information in the Internet Explorer window with the VAIO Location Search feature that uses the Global Positioning System (GPS).

The GPS function is available on selected models only.

To use the GPS function

1Turn on the WIRELESS switch.

2Click the button next to or above the GPS icon in the VAIO Smart Network window. Make sure the WIRELESS indicator light turns on.
