To avoid losing unsaved data, be sure to shut down you r computer properly, as described below.

To shut down your computer

1Turn off any peripherals connected to the computer.

2Save your data and close all running software applications.

3Click Start and the Shut down button.

After a short time, the computer automatically turn s off. Make sure the power indicator light turns off.
