Forwarding calls If you cannot answer incoming voice or data calls, you can forward them to another number:

 

To turn off a call forwarding option

Select a forwarding option and select Cancel.

for example, your answering service. For voice calls, you may be able to choose between the following forward alternatives:

Always Forward – forward all voice calls.

Unanswered – forward all missed calls.

When Busy – forward calls if you are already

 

on the phone.

Calling

To check the status of all call forwarding

Select Check All in the Forward Calls menu.

More than one call

You can handle more than one call simultaneously. For example, you can put an ongoing call on hold, while you make or answer

a second call, and then switch between the two calls.

Note: During a call, the Ongoing Call menu replaces the Calls menu.

Call waiting service

If the call waiting service is activated, you hear a beep in the earpiece if you receive a second call during an ongoing call.
