Synchronizing
Synchronize phone contacts, appointments, tasks and notes with a computer via a transfer method or by using an Internet service. Synchronization software for your computer is available on the CD included with the phone. You can also visit www.sonyericsson.com/support to download software and Getting started guides for synchronization.
Synchronization with a computer
Install the computer synchronization software using the CD included with your phone or download it from www.sonyericsson.com/support. The software includes help information.
Before installing any new or updated version of the 
computer software, all previous software related to phone and computer communication has to be uninstalled.

USB cable
With the USB cable included with the phone you can exchange information between your phone and a computer. For more information, visit www.sonyericsson.com/support.
To connect your phone using a USB cable
Your phone can be used in two different modes with the USB cable. To transfer files use File transfer and to synchronize use Phone mode.
