Sprint Connection Manager Stops Working After

Upgrading Windows

If you’ve upgraded Windows, and SprintConnection Manager stopped working:

1. Uninstall Sprint Connection Manager (page68).

2. Reinstall SprintConnection Manager (page 17).

Note: After the following steps, any changes you made to SprintConnection

Manager settings will be lost; you will have to reapply the changes.
