Using Caller ID

Caller ID allows people to identify a caller before answering the phone by displaying the number of the incoming call. If you do not want your number displayed when you make a call, just follow these easy steps.

To block your phone number from being displayed for a specific outgoing call:

1.Press .

2.Enter the number you want to call, then press .

Note:

To permanently block your number, call Sprint Customer Service.

Responding to Call Waiting

Call Waiting notifies you of another incoming call when you are on the phone by making a beep sound and displaying the caller’s phone number on the screen.

To answer another call while on the phone, press . (This places the first call on hold. To switch back to the first

caller, press again.)

Tip:

For those calls where you don’t want to be interrupted, you can temporarily

disable Call Waiting by pressing before placing your call. Call Waiting is automatically reactivated once you end the call.

Making a Three-Way Call

With Three-Way Calling, you can talk to two people at the same time. When using this feature, the normal airtime rates will be applied for each of the two calls.

1.Enter a number you wish to call then press .

2.Once you have established the connection, enter the second

number you wish to call then press (or press [Menu],

highlight 3-Way Call then press ) to put the first caller on hold and dial the second number.

3.When you’re connected to the second party, press again to begin your three-way call.
