A1. Federal Emission Component Compliance 40CFR part 1060.120 Stanley warrants all fuel system emission com- ponents for 2 years from the date of original purchase provided there has been no abuse, neglect, modifi cations, or improper maintenance.

Components covered. The emission-related warranty covers all components whose failure would increase the evapora- tive emissions. Your emissionrelated warranty does not cover components whose failure would not increase evapora- tive emissions. Coverage under this warranty extends only to the following parts; fuel tank, fuel cap, fuel hose and vapor hose from the fuel tank to the engine and any connectors that are apart of the fuel system.

The equipment is designed, built, and equipped so it conforms at the time of sale to the ultimate purchaser and each subsequent purchaser and is in compliance with 40 C.F.R. 1060.120 standards. The equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship that may keep it from meeting these requirements.
