SECTION 4TROUBLESHOOTING

4.1 MIX LIGHT INDICATORS

The following chart shows all possible mix light indicator combinations along with the cause and operation of the freezer.

4.2 TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Freezer doe s not
run.
1. Power to freezer is off.
2. Blown fuse or tripped ci rc uit.
3. Freeze-up (auger will not turn).
4. High pressure cut -out t ripped.
5. Front door not in plac e.
1. Supply power to freezer.
2. Replace or reset.
3. Turn CLEAN-OFF-ON switch to OFF (middle)
position for 15 minutes , then restart.
4. Wait unt i l aut om at i c reset for freezer to start.

Freezer will not
shut off.
1. Not enough mix in hopper.
2. Drive belt failure.
3. Consistenc y temperature setting is too
firm.
4. Refrigeration problem.

clockwise.
4. Check system. (Call distributor for service)
