5-Year Limited HospitaLitY Warrant Y

Sunbeam Product s, Inc. doing bu siness as Jarden Consumer Solution s in US and Sunbeam

Corporation ( Canada) Limi ted doing business as Jarden Con sumer Solutions in Canada

(collectively “JCS”) warrants that for a peri od of 5 years from the date of purchase, this

product will be free from defe cts in material a nd workmanship. JC S, at its o ption, will repair or

replace this pro duct or any com ponent of the pr oduct found to b e defective during the warranty

period. Replaceme nt will be made with a new or remanufactured produ ct or component. If the

product is no longer available, re placement may be mad e with a similar product of equal or

greater value. Thi s is your exclusive warranty.

This warranty is valid for th e original purchaser from the date of initial purchase and is not

transferable. JC S dealers, ser vice centers, or stores selling J CS products d o not have the

right to alter, modif y or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from a ny of the

following: neglige nt or misuse of the product, use contrary to the operating ins tructions,

disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized servic e center.

Further, the warr anty does not cover Acts of God, such as f ire, flood, hurric anes and

tornadoes.

JCS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage s caused by the breach of

any express, impli ed or statutor y warranty or condition. Exce pt to the exten t prohibited by

applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantabilit y or fitness f or a particular purpose is

limited in duratio n to the duratio n of the above warranty. JCS disclaims all other warranties or

conditions, expre ss, implied statut ory or otherw ise. Some states, provinces or jur isdictions do

not allow the exclusion or limitatio n of incidental o r consequential da mages or limitations on

how long an im plied warranty l asts, so the a bove limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specif ic legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary fr om

state to stat e or province to province.

This warranty is only applica ble to products purchased by membe rs of the hospi tality industry

and not to co nsumer sales.
