Care and cleaning

Wash snow catcher in warm soapy water.

Wipe exterior of the Avalanche with a damp soft cloth.

Disassembling your Avalanche

Your Avalanche comes apart for thorough cleaning.

1.To remove snow catcher, grip sides and slide out.

2.Remove the stainless steel shaving blade by simply unscrewing the red nut clockwise, see figure 3. When you have finished cleaning, be sure to replace the shaving blade back into position and screw anti-clockwise to secure.

Note: Use caution when cleaning or removing the blade as it is extremely sharp.

3.Raise the safety lid. With one hand press and hold button at the back of the unit whilst using the free hand to rotate the ice-cube chamber anti-clockwise, see figure 4.
