Shave ice into a cup. Add chilled cordial and stir. Add chilled water to achieve the desired consistency.

Freeze your favourite freshly squeezed juice or bottled juice into ice cube trays and freeze until well frozen. Once frozen, place into Avalanche for instant flavoured shaved ice treats.
