Something not working

Certain problems are due to lack of simple maintenance or oversights, which can be solved easily without calling out an engineer. Before contacting your local Service Force Centre, please carry out the checks listed below.

The dishwasher is fitted with a fault indication system, and the following codes may be displayed (A1, A2, A3, A6, A7) which can help you to determine the cause of any problems.

All indicator lights on the control panel are off (except the indicator light of the phase under way), the machine stops and a fault code appears in the display.

- press the "Start" pushbutton to reset the alarm and restart the wash programme.

If the fault code reappears in the display, before contacting your local Service Force Centre, carry out the following suggested corrective actions:

Important: If you call out an engineer to a fault listed below or to repair a fault caused by incorrect use or installation a charge will be made even if the appliance is in guarantee.

The dishwasher does not

Ensure the water tap is open.

Reposition the hose.
