Pancakes with Ricotta, Strawberries and Maple Syrup
Makes: 8, Cooking:
½ cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1.Place egg yolks, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl. Using the beaters, beat on speed
