¹⁄³ cup plain Greek yoghurt
½cup milk
½cup canned peaches, drained, rinsed 1 small banana, peeled, roughly chopped 1 tablespoon chia seeds
1.Place all ingredients; expect chia seeds, into the vessel. Secure the lid. Lock into the base.

1 cup coconut water
½fresh pineapple, skin removed, diced 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
