If a Test fails...
For a test to be completed successfully, the following conditions must all be met:
The network card is operating correctly.
The network card is correctly cabled for the test or is equipped with the correct connectors.
The network card has been correctly installed in the computer.
A failed message does not necessarily mean that the network card is faulty.
