View System Status
To view current gateway status, open ‘System Status’ as shown in the figure below.
PRI Status
To view status of the PRI, open ‘PRI Status’ as shown in the figure below.
If a site has been disconnected, the cause code can be viewed by pressing the link next to the PRI channel that was disconnected. See next page for a cause code example.
