4.Press the ( ) or ( ) button to increase / decrease the age value. Press SET ▲button▼ to confirm displayed age. The height digits blink.

Press the ( ) or ( ) button to increase / decrease the height value. Press SET ▲button▼ to confirm displayed height.

6. When the scale shows “0.0”, you may step on the scale for a measurement. Otherwise, the scale will turn off automatically. Your data remains saved in memory.
