The connection setup shown on page 8 provides rapid connection of your DMR. This
setup gives standard-quality sound reproduction and an optimum-quality picture (RGB).
Depending on the connectors available on your other devices or to get maximum
performance out of your DMR, you may need to use other connection setups. Your DMR
has other sockets for these purposes.

1. Antenna outputto TV set.

Connections

The table below lists the connectors and quality of your DMR’s output signals. Select one
of the connection setups described for video connection and one of the setups described
for audio connection.

If the connecting cables are not supplied
with your DMR, get good quality cables. Opt
for known brands. The quality of the video
signals available on the SCART input and
output sockets can be adjusted (

page 51).
Connection through the scart socket supplies
both video and audio signals. If you choose
the connection using a scart cable, you don’t
need to connect any other sockets.
