•Your pressure cooker can be used on all heat sources except Aga but including induction. •When using an electric hotplate, make sure the size of the hot plate does not exceed the size of the base of the pressure cooker.
•On a ceramic hob, always make sure the bottom of the pan is clean and dry.
•On a gas burner, the flame should not lick past beyond the diameter of the pan.
On all burners, make sure that your pressure cooker is properly centered.
Never heat your pressure cooker when empty or you may damage it.
