Installation
•Place the appliance in the middle of the table, out of the reach of children.•Never place the appliance directly on a fragile surface (glass table, tablecloth, varnished furniture, etc.) or on a soft surface such as a teatowel.
•To prevent the appliance from overheating, do not place it in a corner or against a wall.
•Never place the stone on the warm heating element.•Only use the stone that comes with the appliance or purchased at an approved service centre, and only on the support for which it is designed.
Connection and pre-heating
•Make sure that the electric power supply is compatible with the power rating and voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance.
•Always plug the appliance into an earthed socket.•If an extension cord is used, it must be with an incorporated earth connection.
