Defrosting
Both Sides:
1.Slide the Bagel/Toast Control to the right, Toast setting.
2.Place slices of bread, waffles, etc. into the bread slots.
3.Select the desired setting on the Browning Control Knob.
NOTE: The toaster will automatically add 30 seconds for defrosting to the toasting time once the Carriage Control Lever is pressed down.
4.Push the Carriage Control Lever down until it locks.
5.Press the Defrost Button. The Defrost and Cancel lights will come on. If you wish to raise the Carriage Control Lever before the end of the defrosting/toasting cycle, press the Cancel button.
6.When the defrosting/toasting cycle is complete, the Carriage Control Lever will

3.Select the desired setting on the Browning Control Knob. The toaster will automatically add 30 seconds for defrosting to the toasting time.

5.Press the Defrost Button. The Defrost and Cancel lights will come on. If you wish to raise the Carriage Control Lever before the end of the defrosting/toasting cycle, press the Cancel button.
