SALAD DRESSINGS
MAYONNAISE
1 egg
2 TBL vinegar
1 tsp sugar
12tsp dry mustard
12tsp salt
1 cup salad oil - divided
Place egg, vinegar, sugar,
mustard, salt and 14cup of the
oil into blender. Cover and
BLEND until smooth, about
5 seconds. Without stopping
blender, remove lid insert and
gradually pour in remaining oil.
Stop blender when all oil has
been added. Makes 114cups.
SANTA FE DRESSING
12cup soy sauce
14cup lemon juice
14cup peanut oil
14cup olive oil
1 jalapeno pepper, cut into pieces
12cup cucumber, cut into pieces
12cup red onion, cut into pieces
8 cilantro sprigs
Place ingredients into blender
in order listed. Cover and
BLEND for 15-30 seconds or
until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
SPICY COTTAGE CHEESE
DRESSING
12cup salad oil
8 oz. tomato juice
12tsp Tabasco®pepper sauce
1 green onion, cut into pieces
1 cup cottage cheese
Place ingredients into blender
in order listed. Cover and
BLEND for 15-30 seconds or
until smooth. Makes 112cups.
HIDDEN VALLEY DRESSING
12cup milk
1 cup yogurt
1 pkg. (1.1 oz.) Original
Hidden Valley Ranch®dressing
12cup carrots, cut into pieces
12cup cucumber, cut into
pieces
Place ingredients into blender
in order listed. Cover and
BLEND for 15-30 seconds or
until smooth. Makes 112-2 cups.
