SAUCES
Dissolve flour in melted butter and pour into blender. Place
remaining ingredients into container in order listed. Cover and
CHOP for 10-15 seconds or until vegetables are chopped. Simmer
sauce 5 minutes over low heat until thick. Makes 112-2 cups. Serve with
chicken or fish.
