12 HOW TO CHECK THE FREE MEMORY

This function can only be used when the player is in idle mode.

-Push the Menu button (4) to enter the menu.

-Slide the switch right to select MEMORY

-Push the Menu button (4) to confirm

The Total and Free memory of the internal and SD/MMC card will be displayed.

-Press twice to leave the menu.

13 HOW TO SET THE SHUTDOWN TIME

The device will shut down in idle mode after the set time.

-Press the Menu button (4) to enter the menu.

-Slide the switch right to select SHUTDOWN

-Press the Menu button (4) to confirm

-Slide the switch right to select the shutdown time (1, 2, 5, 10 minutes or disable)

-Press twice to leave the menu.

14 UTILITY INSTALLATION

Note: For installation in Windows 2000, Q283187 Hot fix or Service Pack 3 needs to be installed.

14.1 FOR WINDOWS 98/ME/2000/XP

1.Insert the included setup CD in to CD-ROM drive.

2.Execute the SETUP file by double-clicking ‘SETUP ‘, the setup will proceed automatically
