Totransfer files from the digital receiver to your com-
puter,press the right arrow button (→).

Totransfer files from your computer to the digital re-
ceiver,press the left arrow button (←).
Atthe top of the panel, you will see a message that says Turbo
Off. Turbomode is a way of speeding up the transfer of files to
andfrom the digital receiver. You can click the circle to the left
ofthe message to turn turbo mode on or off.
Turbomode makes transferring files faster, but the digital re-
ceiverstops responding to commands from the remote control.
Ifyou want to use the digital receiver while transferring, or if
anyscheduled recordings are due to start, you should not use
turbomode.
NOTE
Youcannot play back the recordings with a regular MPEG
player on your computer because they are formatted differ-
entlyfrom the standard MPEG format.

7.8 Formatting the hard disk
Youcan delete all contents stored in the hard disk drive by
formattingit. Ifyou wish to do that, select the HDD Ser vice

FormatHard Disk menu, then you are asked for confirmation.
Ifyou select Yes, formatting will start.
