For instance, exchanging electronic documents and managing various data are now carried out more easily and more securely than ever before with strong and reliable access management through individual User Authentication. Also the optional Data Overwrite Kit will securely and permanently erase unwanted data, leaving no retrievable trace behind. In addition, installing the optional Scrambler Board will offer even higher levels of security with its industrial strength encryption of any data remaining on the hard drive after copying, printing, scanning or faxing is completed. Utilising all security solutions will provide the highest industry level safeguards for protecting sensitive or classified information.

The new 2nd generation e-BRIDGE architecture provides enhanced integration of individual features and options, allowing for faster response, stress-free operation, and consistent and speedy quality copy/print/ scan output. New technologies and methods
