Some DVDs may contain scenes which have been shot simultaneously from a variety of different angles. You can view each of these different angles using the ANGLE button. (The recorded angles differ depending on the disc used.)

❍ This function only works for discs that include scenes recorded from multiple angles.

Producinga3DSurroundEffect

This unit can produce a 3D Surround effect, using 3D Surround Sound technology, which simulates multi-channel audio playback from two conventional stereo speakers instead of the five or more speakers normally required to listen to multi-channel audio from a home theatre. This feature works with DVD discs encoded with Dolby Pro Logic and Dolby Digital audio tracks.

Notes

❍ This 3D Surround effect may not be available on some DVD discs, including those recorded with a mono audio soundtrack.

❍ Turn off the TV surround sound and other surround effects when using this 3D surround effect.

❍ For best 3D Surround effect using only two speakers it is recommended that the two speakers be positioned approximately 8’ to 10’ apart, and the listening position should be 8’ to 10’ away from the speakers.
