TV back panel controls and connections
Back panel controls
1POWER—Turns the TV On and Off.
2VOL +- —Adjusts the volume level. When an onscreen menu
appears, these keys function as ( / ) menu navigation
buttons.
3CH Up/Down arrow buttons—Changes the channel. When
an onscreen menu appears, these buttons function as ( / )
menu navigation buttons.
4MENU—Accesses the menu. When an onscreen menu
appears, the MENU button on the TV’s control panel functions
as the BACK button.
5INPUT—Changes the source you are viewing. When an
onscreen menu appears, the INPUT button on the TV’s control
panel functions as the OK button.
Back panel connections
6LAN IN—Connects the TV to your home network.
7PC/ColorStream HD2 IN—For use when connecting a
personal computer.
8PC/HDMI-4 (Audio) IN—PC audio input terminals are
shared with HDMI®-4 analog audio input terminals, and their
use can be configured in the Configuring shared inputs menu,
see “Configuring shared inputs” on page 70.
9ColorStream® HD1 IN—These include standard A/V
connections, see “Connecting DVD to ColorStream® or VCR
to composite video” on page 31.
10 Video 2 IN—Video input.
11 Video 1 IN—Video input.
12 ANT/CABLE—Antenna input that supports analog (NTSC)
and digital (ATSC) off-air antenna signals and analog and
digital Cable TV (QAM) signals.
13 HDMI® IN—High-Definition Multimedia Interface input
receives digital audio and uncompressed digital video from an
HDMI�� device or uncompressed digital video from a DVI
device. HDMI® connection is necessary to receive 1080p
signals.
14 ARC HDMI® only port—Audio Return Channel (ARC)
enables the audio signal of the TV to be sent to an AV amplifier
via the HDMI cable.
