Problem	Procedure
Drive does not	Check the connection between the computer and
operate	the drive to ensure that it is properly attached.
Some programs run	The computer’s software or hardware
correctly but others do	configuration may be causing a problem - ensure

	documentation, for example that supplied with

You cannot access	Try another floppy diskette in the drive - if you are
