The Imag ing Systems Divisi on of Tosh iba Am erica Informati on Sy stems, Inc.(“ISD) makes the f ollowin g lim ited warranties wit h rega rd to thi s LCD
Monitor(“Pr oduct”). Thes e limited w arranties ex tend to t he original End-User (“You[ r]”).
One(1) Year Limi ted Warranty of Labor and Parts ISD warra nts that t his Produ ct will p erform i n accordan ce with s pecificati ons for a period of one(1)year
from t he date of pu rchase b y the origin al End-Use r. Durin g this one ( 1) years period , ISD wil l repair or replace t he pro duct, i f it does n ot perf orm as
warranted. I n order to take advanta ge of this Limited War ranty. You must (a) deli ver the Pro duct to an ISD Author ized Service provider ( “ASP”): and (b)p ay
all trans portation and ins urance cha rges for shipment of the Pr oduct to the ASP. ISD reserves t he right to subst itute fac tory refu rbished parts in place of
those in n eed of repair .
Instruct ions Manual (Owner’s Manu al): You sho uld read th e Instruct ion Manual (O wner’s Manual ) thoroug hly before operating this Prod uct. Befor e seeking
warranty servic e, you shoul d chec k the troubl eshooti ng gui de in the Instruct ion Ma nual (Own er’s Man ual) and follo w the instr uctions to correct the
problem.
How to Obta in Warranty Se rvice Step-by -step Proced ures: To ob tain warran ty servic e you shou ld:
1. Cont act Toshiba at (877) 855-1349 for op eration or installati on assist ance. (877)855-1FIX
2. Cont act an ASP for warranty s ervice wit hin thirt y (30) days afte r the Produ ct fails to comply w ith specif ications .
3. Arra nge for sh ipment of t he Product to a Toshib a Authori zed Service Pr ovider.
4. Secur ely pack the pro duct in the ori ginal car ton and external shippin g pack i nclude a letter ex plaining the pro blem wit h a copy of the bill o f sale o r
proof of purchase.
5. Prepay all transp ortation and insura nce costs .

4. You must pack the Pr oduct i n its orig inal car ton u sing t he ori ginal packing material, Then insert the or iginal carton contai ning t he Prod uct in to
another ca rton with addition al packing material bef ore shippi ng the pro duct to an A SP.

SREVICE CHARGES FOR PRODUCT INSTAL LATION, SET UP AND ADJUSTME NT OF CONTROLS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS L IMITWE WARRANTY.
